Kom uit de kast‘
Kom uit de kast’, is a song of the Corona Band, published in May 2017. The song is a collaboration of several organizations in Suriname and The Netherlands. Accompanying the song, they also produced a video clip, to enlarge the mutual understanding between
straight people and LHBTs, as well as creating more visibility for this group of people. For the song, written by Jan Bruyning, a lot of Surinam Stars have been called together to contribute. Evita Tjon A Ten is one of them. Some of the other participating artists are: Patrick Tevreden, Denise Jannah, Ronald Snijders, Bryan Muntslag en Omri Tindal.
