According to the Distance Selling Act, you as a customer have the right to return the product without delay after 14 days, but no later than within 14 days, with effect from the day of receipt of the product by or on behalf of the customer.
To be able to use the above-mentioned term, you must adhere to a number of rules.
- A product can only be undamaged and still usable and as far as reasonably possible in its original packaging.
- With regard to the colors of the products that are displayed in the webshop, they may differ from the real colors of a product. If this is the case, please contact EAM to find a solution.
- The product is returned without delay and before the aforementioned 14-day period has expired from the day you have communicated in writing to return the product.
- The return costs for the return of the order are entirely at your own expense.
- If the product is returned undamaged and in good condition, the purchase price will be credited within 14 days by means of the same payment method that you used, unless you agree with another payment method. The refund is free of charge.
- Returning a product is the responsibility of the sender. EAM can not be held responsible for a damaged or lost return shipment.
